The N(i)² Suite is empowered by a new generation Configuration Management Database (CMDB) that provides end-to-end visibility on all IT, network, and supporting infrastructures— their configurations and associations. The N(i)² CMDB will leverage Softvoyage’s current monitoring system, as well as its current service provider’s help desk solution by tracking discovered changes, incidents and alarms affecting the current and future performance of its IT infrastructures. Furthermore, The N(i)² Suite’s Network Design module will enable to structure, track and document Softvoyage’s network infrastructures. These advanced network design features will play a critical role in facilitating the interpretation of complex network plans, as well as in expanding its current infrastructures. Together they serve to enhance proactive planning while reducing risks associated to changes.
