Fondaction invests 2.5 million dollars in N(i)² as part of a private round of financing to expand its international market presence
Montréal (Québec), Canada - October 18th, 2007 - Fondaction, « Le Fonds de développement de la CSN pour la coopération et l’emploi » has invested 2.5 million dollars in N(i)² (Network Infrastructure Inventory [N(i)²] Inc.). This investment is part of a larger private round of financing to support the company's international commercial growth and market presence. N(i)² offers software solutions that enable businesses to gain end-to-end visibility and control over their IT infrastructure in order to better manage their IT services.
Founded in 2003, N(i)² is uniquely positioned in the IT Management market. N(i)² adds value to existing IT Service Management solutions by identifying how services are connected to underlying physical and logical infrastructure components. The N(i)² Suite provides unprecedented visibility and control over infrastructure, service, and business layers of operation. The software identifies all resources and visually conveys what they are, where they are, and who depends on them.
N(i)² has developed a sales channel in North America, South America, and Europe, and is developing strategic partnerships in quick succession with technology vendors such as SUN Microsystems and EMC.
